10 Months Old

I am a little late in posting this, but I still want to document what my quickly growing "babies" are like at 10 months.

Benjamin & Joseph You Both....

Crawl all over the place very quickly

Pull up on everything

Usually sleep all night (8:00-7:00)

Love all toys that make noise

Are starting to give hugs to Mommy & Daddy & each other

Making lots of boys noises (grunting, growling, and motor sounds)

Love all water play (pools, bath time)

Blueberries are your favorite food

Your favorite toys are your rubber ducks that you carry around in your mouth

Weight around 20 lbs

Are saying "ma-ma" & "da-da" but don't seem to know what it means yet

Talk to each other from your cribs when you first wake up

Like going to church & seeing all the people

Play "chase" with each other

Take 2 Naps per Day

Sometimes hold hands when I am feeding you

Like to take walks in your stroller in the evening

Have beautiful blue eyes that everyone comments on

Are loved so very much by your mommy!!!

Joseph you...

Are so, so close to standing without help

Love your paci & want a blanket to sleep

"Chipmunk" your food

Enjoy yogurt so much you "mmmm" after each bite

Hate the noise of the vacuum

Love music & will hum & groove to it

Hang out of the stroller to watch the ground when we go for walks

Like to bang & chase metal cans on the kitchen floor

Follow mommy around the kitchen hanging onto her leg

Are starting to enjoy being read to & not just "eating" the book

Tend to be more impatient than your brother

Benjamin you...

Are learning that drawers & cupboards open
LOVE your blanket so much

Smash all your finger food before eating it

Open your mouth very wide for apple sauce

Like balls quite a lot and have learned to pick them up and throw them down

Suck your thumb
Like shaking your head no, no, no

Sometimes you have a "party" in your crib at 3 am (loud squealing & talking, but no crying)

Like to ride on Daddy's tummy like he's a horse

Often take a short cat nap when we go for a walk

Like to play with peoples' lips to make noise

Love to bang toys together

Like to open and close things (anything-doors, toys, etc)

Are very emotional especially when you get tired

Are very into your tongue right now

Happy 10 Months Boys!
