Dinosaur Fun

There is a lot of dinosaur fun in our house right now.

It started when I bought a container of cheep little dinosaurs at Michaels (40% off coupon) for $4.00.

Daddy quite liked the purchase & has given Benjamin and Joseph some good "lessons" on how to play with them.

Often Doug goes to get the boys in the morning and plays with them for 15 minutes or so allowing me a chance to have a cup of hot coffee /make breakfast /put on makeup/straighten up the living room /empty the dishwasher/etc.

This morning time is when the dinosaurs come out.

The dinosaurs all have certain sounds that Doug tells the boys & they try to imitate. One of them says "wee" and that is Benjamin's favorite.

One particular dinosaur is mischievous & always knocks the others over.

The dinosaurs are frequently carried up into the rocker glider and then dropped over the side to the words "uh-oh."

Sometimes they line up in a row, just because. However, the mischievous dinosaur then arrives and knocks them over.

The dinosaurs often have wresting matches.

Imagine the excitement when I found 2 BIG dinosaurs at a garage sale this Friday!

A few other finds this weekend. 2 books for $1. Coffee pot for free. 3 pairs of jammies for $2. Boots for $2.

Great garage sale finds! Those boots look super cool.

I can't wait until Tate is old enough to play with dinosaurs. The poor boy is surrounded by pink frills and jewelry. I'll have to start hunting dinosaurs out at garage sales!

Your garage sale finds are awesome! :) But I am kind of stuck back at this:

"Doug goes to get the boys in the morning and plays with them for 15 minutes or so allowing me a chance to have a cup of hot coffee /make breakfast /put on makeup/straighten up the living room /empty the dishwasher/etc."

How in the name of all that is right and good in the world do you do all that in fifteen minutes? Maybe moms of twins have super powers. ;)
