These boys are GROWING!!! We had their 1 year appointment today (yes, a little late!) and it was so fun to see the numbers on the scale show what I can feel as I pick up the boys on a daily basis.
Joseph - Started life at 5lb 8oz, ate a healthy diet of breastmilk, added lots of yummy fruits & veggies, and now weighs a whooping 22lb 2oz (30in)Weight - 50%
Height - 75%

Benjamin - Started life at 6lb 2oz, ate a healthy diet of breastmilk, added lots of yummy fruits & veggies, and now weighs a very healthy 20lb 12oz (29 1/2in).Weight - 30%
Height - 50%
Keep loving those veggies boys. Especially the yummy sweet corn!

We had the pleasure of being in Iowa this month. One of the best parts of the trip was the sweet corn. There is nothing like it! And it will always make me think of my roots and my wonderful mother who occasionally made us a dinner of only sweet corn :-)
