A "Sign" He Might Be Ready Soon?

I found Benjamin the other day just like this. . .

He decided on his own that he needed to go potty, went and got the stool, and climbed up.

Of course his diaper is still on, so he missed a key step.  {grin}

There are so many ideas out there on how to do this potty training thing.  

I am in no big hurry (Truthfully, I am very scared of the whole process.  I hate messes!), 

but I do have to say that it looks like the interest is there!
