Last Weekend's Wedding

As I mentioned a few posts ago we had the privilege of traveling last weekend to participate in my cousin's wedding.

It was 1200+ miles of driving. The boys did amazing! Lot of kid CD's, books, and frequent stops helped.

We were away from home 3 nights. We had wondered if we would get any sleep, but the boys exceeded our expectations. Benjamin loved his pack-n-play & slept straight through all 3 nights. Joseph didn't like the pack-n-play, but cuddled in with me and slept well there. My sleep was a little interrupted thanks to little feet, but I made it & the cuddles were sweet!

Joseph got sick during the trip (once at 2:30am & then the next morning). We still aren't sure if it was the flu or if he just swallowed too much pool water.

The wedding was beautiful.
The bride was stunning. The groom handsome.

Both were obviously in love!

It was an outdoor wedding at a gorgeous farm that caters to weddings. It was hot & humid, but the rain held off until after the vows had been said.

We loved being with my extended family. Many special memories were shared.

It was a good weekend!
