Hives

This morning I went to get Benjamin and found a very splotchy faced little boy. After inspecting more thoroughly I found more "sploches" on his chest, neck & back. My beautiful baby boy really looked very bad. (These pictures don't show how bad it really was...the hives diminished through the day and I didn't think to take pictures till later in the day).

After a quick trip to the pediatrician we know it is an allergic reaction - probably to mango/peach flavored puffs?!?!?! So no new food for Benjamin for a week & we are going to have to be very careful with introducing new food in the future. I already track carefully what I am giving them, so we know what causes an allergic reaction, but we will have to wait a little longer than usual to indroduce more "allergy causing" foods.
Ben is feeling fine. Doesn't seem bothered at all by the hives.

We got outdoors for a while this afternoon. Beautiful weather - 70 degrees +. Here are the boys enjoying there stroller ride. You can see some of the spots on Ben's forhead - again much improved from earlier in the day.
