I will keep this short. It has been a full day.
Dan's surgery went as well as can be expected. The doctors and nurse say he is doing well. He is in a lot of pain right now which is to be expected. Tonight while we were there the nurse asked him what his pain level was on a scale of 1-10 and he said 35. Hopefully his recovery will progress quickly.
